Our building process
Our fixed price contracts mean no surprises, with clear allowances and transparent variations.
Summit Custom Homes is a family-owned building company with more than twenty years of experience. We specialise in high-quality new homes, renovations and extensions, delivered on time and on budget.
We care about the details that make a home comfortable: natural light, good insulation, smart storage and finishes that look beautiful for decades. Visit a recent project to see the difference.
Our process begins with listening. We take time to understand your lifestyle, then work with you to refine the plans, select materials and agree a fixed price before work starts.
Renovations and extensions Journal book a free consultation to discuss your site, budget and timeline with an experienced builder.
